01
Where this notice applies
It covers the Rallytile Android application, the introduction page at /, and this privacy page at /privacy-policy/. It does not describe a different app, a team-management system, an app-store account, or any external page reached after leaving this package.
02
Supported audience
Rallytile is designed for visual baseball-learning conversations, including young learners using it with a family member, coach, teacher, or another responsible adult. It is not a child-directed social service and does not offer independent supervision.
03
Purpose and limits
The app provides authored visual prompts about space, sequence, communication, and reflection. It is not a live coach, game official, weather monitor, medical service, diagnostic tool, workload plan, equipment approval, roster, or team account.
04
What taps create
You can choose a family, turn between READ, PLACE, MOVE, and RESET, open Field Notes, and seat or remove a visual tile. These actions create interface state and, when you seat a tile, a small integer scene ID. The app does not provide a free-text input field.
05
What the app does not ask for
Do not enter names, contact details, birth dates, location, team membership, scores, photos, voice, health information, symptoms, injuries, school information, payment details, or private notes. The current app has no fields for those details.
06
The local Practice Tray
The only persistent app content is a list of up to eight selected scene IDs. Android stores that list in the app’s private preferences on the device. The selection is not a roster, score, journal, player assessment, or health record.
07
How long tiles remain
Selected IDs remain until you remove them, clear the tray, clear the app’s storage through Android, or uninstall the app. The app disables its own cloud-backup and device-transfer extraction for this preference.
08
Removing and raking
Use Remove on one tile or Rake the whole tray to clear every saved ID. Android’s app-information controls can also clear local storage. Erasure affects the selected IDs, not the built-in authored scenes.
09
Device permissions and sensors
The current Android manifest requests no camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, storage, notification, motion-sensor, Bluetooth, or other runtime permission. The visual library is packaged with the app.
10
Accounts and profiles
Rallytile has no sign-in, cloud profile, player profile, roster account, authentication token, or password. A Practice Tray on a shared device is visible to other people who can open the app on that device.
11
Ads, analytics, purchases, and fundraising
The current build contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, billing library, in-app purchase, donation form, fundraising flow, or behavioral profiling. The website package contains no advertising or analytics script.
12
Android network behavior
The current Android manifest does not request internet permission. The app does not send Practice Tray IDs or interaction events to Rallytile, Tehachapi Seminoles Baseball, an analytics provider, or an advertising provider.
13
Website requests and cookies
This static website package sets no first-party cookie, offers no form, and includes no analytics or advertising script. If a publisher later hosts it, the chosen host may process ordinary request details such as IP address, time, requested path, and browser information under that host’s terms. This local package does not identify or prove a host.
15
Children and shared devices
Young learners should use Rallytile with a responsible adult who controls the real activity and the device. Keep names, health details, location, school details, and private notes out of the app. Clear the Practice Tray after a shared session when leaving tile choices visible would be unhelpful.
16
Security and practical limits
App-private Android storage and the absence of app network permission reduce exposure, but no device is perfectly secure. Device owners control screen locks, operating-system updates, backups outside this app’s control, malware protection, and who can open a shared device. Rallytile does not promise absolute security.
17
Changes and effective date
Effective 26 August 2026. If the app’s behavior or website services change, this notice should be revised before that changed version is distributed. The publisher controls the publication date and any method used to announce an update.
18
Publisher contact
Use the contact channel that the publisher provides alongside the distributed app for questions about this notice. This local website package does not invent an email address, phone number, postal contact, organizational authority, or live support promise.
